James & Lisa
The happy couple lives in Mesa, AZ with their two fur-babies. In an unrelated fact, both were born in the State of Connecticut!
James works for an Internet Tech company in Scottsdale, AZ while Lisa is Senior Underwriter with a Mortgage Firm.
How we met
The happy couple has known each other since 2008 when they met at a get together to welcome James to Arizona. They were instantly attracted to each other and, after a brief dating stint, reconnected 5 years later when James asked Lisa to his company's Holiday Party, she said "Yes!"
Our engagement
James took Lisa to the Monterey Bay Aquarium on December 23rd, 2016. He proposed to Lisa in front of the penguin exhibit. As James was mentioning to Lisa about how some penguin species have been observed giving their mates pebbles as a sign of their love, he pulled out the ring and asked Lisa to marry him.
